Due to an office staff transition, the BCCWID office will be closed on Monday, July 28th, Tuesday, July 29th, and Wednesday, July 30th. During this period, in-person service will be unavailable.

• You may pay your bill conveniently online at BCCWID.com.
• Alternatively, you can mail your payment or use the secure drop box at the office.
• If you would like to pay in person, the office will reopen on Thursday, July 31st at 9:00 AM

Drought Emergency Plan Level 4

July 18, 2025

The Black Canyon City Water Improvement District has elevated the Drought Emergency to Level 4 due to water levels coninuing to decline in the wells. The District will remain at this level of Alert until futher notice.

This means;

1. Please reduce Water consumption

2. No washing of vehicles

3. No washing of sidewalks, decks, patios parking lots or homes

4. No unattended watering of trees or plant with a hose

5. No water of grass
