Arizona Rural Water Infrastructure Committee (RWIC) RWIC provides resources to Arizona's rural communities' drinking water and wastewater systems. The RWIC is a partnership of various federal and state agencies and non-profit organizations that provide loans, grants, and technical assistance to Arizona’s rural communities.

Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) RCAC provides environmental assistance to small municipal and nonprofit water systems, wastewater systems and solid waste management programs in 11 western states.

Rural Water Association of Arizona (RWAAZ) is a Non-Profit organization 501C(6) established in 1990. We have within our staff licensed operators with expertise in all aspects of water and wastewater systems that are ready to provide you with this support for free.
