Black Canyon City Water Improvement District (BCCWID) is happy to announce a Request For Proposal (RFP) has been posted on our Web Page for Water System Operations. The work is being paid through water rates from the BCCWID. The bidder must provide the ability to, or the current liability Insurance coverage, up to $2.0 million.
The submittals shall be completed and signed by the owner of the company and include the Operator of Record with proof of active and current Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Grade 3 Water Distribution and Water Treatment Certification. All submittals shall be filled out on the BCCWID “Exhibit A” Document with date, price and any notes on the approved document. BCCWID Board reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals at the Boards discretion.
Submittals must be done by email and addressed to Jerald A. Postema, General Manager at ajtsolutionsaz@gmail.com.
All submittals are due on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 5:00 pm Arizona Time. This RFP document must accompany all submittals and have the Owners signature, date and official name and address of the company proposing the work.
